1. Delivery Timelines
Orders placed on WhatsApp are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery timelines across Pakistan are as follows:

2. Advance Shipping Charges (Rs. 300)
Order Confirmation Requirement
Lahore Deliveries: No advance payment is required for orders in Lahore! For customers in other cities across Pakistan, an advance delivery charge of Rs. 300 is required via Easypaisa or UBL Bank Transfer to confirm dispatch with our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, Trax).
The remaining balance is collected safely as Cash on Delivery (COD) at your doorstep when the parcel arrives!
This policy ensures genuine orders and protects against unreceived parcels, allowing us to keep toy prices as low and competitive as possible for all Pakistani families.
3. Courier Partners & Tracking
To ensure prompt delivery, we dispatch via Pakistan's most reliable courier networks, including TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax Logistics, and Call Courier. Once your package is booked, you receive an automated tracking number on WhatsApp to monitor its transit live.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
You only pay the courier rider when the parcel arrives at your address. Per courier industry regulations in Pakistan, courier riders cannot hand over unsealed parcels for testing before payment.
